After their successful completion of progeny testing the stallions Menne 496, Rommert 498, Tiede 501, Ulbrân 502 and Tymen 503 were permanently approved by the KFPS. Tjebbe 500 needs one more year to finish his Progeny Test.
Erryt 488, Elias 494 and Mees 497 have already used up this extra time but their number of offspring in the Progeny Test was still insufficient, which means they are put on hold.
Wanted: offspring for ABFP Test
Erryt 488, Elias 494 and Mees 497 are still in need of a few more offspring to take part in ABFP testing, and therefore they are put on hold as of January the 1st 2023. Expectations are that Elias 494 and Mees 497 should be able to complete their progeny testing early in 2023. We ask anyone who has an offspring by either of these two stallions to sign up their horses via evelinevankooten@kfps.nl. Conditions are that horses have to be 35-months-old or older before the start of the ABFP Test.
Reports early next year
The reports of the five permanently approved stallions will be completed in early 2023 and subsequently published on the website.
