At the Pan-American Games in Chili on Wednesday the 25th of October, Carolina Cordoba Wolf and Johnny Cash – Jelger fan ’t Hiem – (Tsjalle 454) obtained a fantastic score of 70.945% in their freestyle to music. That score earned them the Silver in the Inter I Freestyle.
Strong pirouettes and extended canter
For Carolina and Johnny Cash this was their third appearance at these Games, which for North- and South America are the equivalent of the Olympic Games. In her earlier tests she already scored almost 70% in the Prix St. Georges and Inter I. Their third appearance in the freestyle to music resulted in the highest score for this Mexican lady rider and her stallion, who’s owned by stud farm Finca Sanro in Mexico. One of the judges even awarded the combination 72.925% with the high scores for pirouettes and extended canter catching the eye.
